Byrrh is an old 19th century recipe that combines jeropiga (unfermented grape juice), wine, Quinquina bark from South America, and other spices and exotic plants that are aged in oak barrels.

The flavor is of ripe fruit and strawberry jam, balanced by bitter quinine and exotic spices. Delicious alone, or in a large number of classic Byrrh cocktails.
