1. Right of Free Resolution

2. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the products must be in the following condition:
- In their original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged;
- In the original packaging, with all labels and seals intact;
- Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: For food safety and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging has been opened or whose seals have been broken.
3. How to Request a Return
To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact Quick-Spirits within 14 days at:

The customer must indicate the order number, the product(s) they wish to return, and the reason for the return. Quick-Spirits will respond within a maximum of 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Costs
The direct costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
The product received does not match the one ordered;
The product arrived damaged or defective;
Error attributable to Quick-Spirits.
In these cases, Quick-Spirits will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for the product to be picked up.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must contact Quick-Spirits within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos of the product and packaging to info@quick-spirits.com. Quick-Spirits will replace the product or provide a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
6. Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned products, Quick-Spirits will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund includes the value of the products and, where applicable, the initial shipping costs (standard delivery).
Quick-Spirits may withhold reimbursement until the returned products are actually received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
7. Exchanges
Quick-Spirits does not offer direct exchanges. If the customer wants a different product, they must return the original product and place a new order.
