These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the quick-spirits.com website and the purchase of products through the Quick-Spirits online store. By using this website and/or placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Prices

All products available in the Quick-Spirits online store are alcoholic beverages, tonic waters, soft drinks, syrups, and related accessories. Prices shown on the website include VAT at the current legal rate. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to the customer during the checkout process, before order confirmation.

Quick-Spirits reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price will always be the one indicated at the time the customer confirms their order.

4. Age Restriction

The purchase of alcoholic beverages is legally restricted to those 18 years of age or older. By placing an order with Quick-Spirits, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old. Quick-Spirits reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the purchase or delivery process.

5. Application Process

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and completes the checkout process. The order is confirmed after the payment is successfully processed. The customer will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the products, prices, and shipping information.

Quick-Spirits reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm). Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Quick-Spirits works with leading carriers such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, CTT Expresso, GLS and BOU Express.

The delivery times listed are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond Quick-Spirits' control. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
